Elevating the standard

After years in the field, founder David Balfour saw first-hand how much the quality of an elevator installation impacts not only performance, but safety, longevity and the overall feel of a home. He recognised a gap, projects rushed, details overlooked, systems installed but not truly refined.

So he built something different.

Phoenix Elevators was founded on the idea that residential lifts deserve the same precision, care and innovation as any other high-end architectural element. Today, we are a proudly family-operated business delivering premium elevator installations across bespoke homes, renovations and accessibility modifications.
